Description

Celebrate your best animal friend with a beautifully painted portrait by @reubenlaraart! These high quality, hand-drawn artworks are created based on reference photos you send us, then printed and delivered as fine art giclée prints. These are not generated using photo filters or A.I., but are rendered manually using digital painting techniques! You’ll get an opportunity to review the painting before it’s delivered. Final delivery also includes a link to the high res digital file that you can use for other customized products (greeting cards, mousepads, posters, etc…) These uniquely painted portraits make great gifts!

    This was the most amazing gift ever! Oscar was my best buddy for 13 years and he is missed every day. He begrudgingly tolerated my husband (eventually) and having this hanging where it’s one of the first things I see each day and one of the last things I see each night makes my heart so happy. Domestic shipping (U.S.)

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing orders of both digital and physical products. Occasionally, scheduled events, holiday postal closures and other unforeseen circumstances may represent a shipping delay. When such delays are anticipated, we will either display a banner on our website and/or email you if you have an order being processed.

Shipping methods

We offer an easy Flat Rate shipping of $5.95 via USPS or UPS ground! Rush options may be enabled for certain products.

International shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping. If you have a special needs case, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to consider your request on a case-by-case basis!

If you are not happy with your product, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase delivery so we can resolve the issue for you!

Damaged goods

If an item arrives defective, or does not withstand normal wear and tear to an acceptable degree, we will send out a new item of the same size and style at no additional cost. 

Returns/Exchanges

Unused and undamaged products can be exchange or refunded for the full price of the item as soon as the item is returned. Original poly mailer packaging has an additional adhesive closure for easy use in the return process.

We do not currently offer free shipping for exchanges or returns.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us to see if the item has started it’s packaging and shipping process. If not, we are happy to cancel your order for you at no cost.

After an item has shipped, it may only be returned or exchanged.
